4th class maths

This week I want you to concentrate on capacity. This is a great one to try out at home. Try measuring water in different containers at home. Try to estimate the amount they will hold first before using a measuring jug to check your estimate. Remember ask an adult to help you, always measure at a sink or outside and always clean up after yourself.
 I have put up a link to a video on capacity that can be tricky at times on see saw . This is worth watching before and while you are working on your questions. I'm also putting up a video about capacity here from the Kahn academy that is a good introduction.
