I hope you are continuing with your read at home and getting someone to ask you the questions. Attached below is an English comprehension the enchanted stag'. There is also an exercise on contractions and proofreading. A contraction is a word or phrase that has been shortened by dropping one or more letters. In writing, an apostrophe is used to indicate the place of the missing letters. For example he is -he's, you are -you're.
